I’m Elena Duffin, a female personal trainer in Exeter. I offer in-person PT sessions for couples, friends, and family groups of up to six people.
Exeter has some fantastic outdoor spaces. From cycle tracks to nature reserves, there’s a lot for active people to explore.
That’s why I’m so excited to be offering Group Personal Training, outside, for groups of up to six people. You can train with friends, observing social distancing guidelines, or family from the same household. What’s more, I’ll tailor your training so it’s as individual as you are.
Together, we can meet your goals. Whether you want to slim down, tone up or meet that big physical challenge, I can help you achieve what you never thought possible.
As part of my group training, you’ll also get support via phone, email, SMS, chat or whichever means suits you best.
